The location was perfect for exploring various attractions, making it convenient for day trips to different places. the room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a nice view of the fjord. the breakfast provided was enjoyable, with a decent variety of options. the owners were friendly and accommodating, which added to the overall pleasant experience.
There were a few minor inconveniences during the stay. the beds were a bit too soft for our liking, and there was no bin in the room, only a small one in the bathroom.

The cottages at Mork Superior are just so cozy and inviting! The wooden flooring adds a charming touch, and the seating area is perfect for relaxation. I loved having tea and coffee facilities right in my room - it made mornings feel homely.
Personally, I found the shower in the private bathroom a bit small. But hey, we all have different preferences, right?

stayed in a wonderful cottage by the water, large and clean with beautiful views of the fjord and farms. The friendly host went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and even helped other guests with flat tire and lost bags. The breakfast was great and the bathroom was beautiful.

I had the most amazing stay at Mork Superior Cottages. The view from my room was fine, overlooking the fjord. The room itself was spacious and beautifully furnished, making me feel right at home. The bathroom was also great, with fabulous tiles adding a touch of luxury. The hosts were fantastic, ensuring that my every need was taken care of. The breakfast spread was by far the best I had during my entire trip in Iceland. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the North.

We stayed at Mork Homestay for two nights while passing through the area. The charming and beautifully decorated cottage offered a picturesque retreat. The bathroom was top-notch and breakfast had a variety of delicious options. The location, right on the water, gave us the chance to spot whales, and we enjoyed a seal watching trail nearby. Siggi and Liljana were fantastic hosts, making us feel welcomed and comfortable. Highly recommend including Mork Homestay in your travel plans.

The scenery/view was absolutely mind-blowing and the apartment was super beautiful. The host was incredibly flexible, helpful, and overall uncomplicated. We were pleasantly surprised when we realized we had overlooked a public holiday but still were able to order breakfast for the whole family, even though we hadn't booked it upfront. The surroundings were quiet, authentic, and jaw-droppingly stunning. The cottage itself had everything we needed - from a flat-screen TV to an electric kettle. The host also recommended some amazing hiking trails and spots to view seals. Additionally, the beach access was a great bonus. The free parking and the option for cots were also appreciated. Lastly, we were happy to find that there were no pets allowed and no smoking on site. Highly recommended for a superb stay!

The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, with stunning vistas of the surrounding landscape and the water. It was the perfect backdrop for a relaxing Easter getaway. the peaceful atmosphere of the location was a welcome change from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
One aspect that could have been better was the lack of dining options nearby. As we arrived late in the evening, we were disappointed to find that most restaurants and shops were closed, leaving us with limited choices for dinner.

We had a wonderful stay at Mork Superior Cottages! Our room in the annex had a gorgeous view of the fjord, and it was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The personal touches and charming decor made it feel like a home away from home. Liliana was a delight and the breakfast was excellent. The location was perfect for breaking up our journey between Akureyri and Kevlavik airport. Highly recommend!

I always stay at this cozy place in Hvammstangi. No regrets! Staff exchanged money during my first visit. It suits me perfectly, has Wi-Fi, free parking, an electric kettle, a flat-screen TV, express check-in/out. Coming back this weekend.
